Pontiac Trans Am WS6 (1999) (30th Anniversary Edition)
Scratches? No Problem.
This limited edition Pontiac received an extensive exterior detail to revive the faded, scratched paintwork. Some of the highlights of this detail are listed below:
- Decontamination wash + Foam Cannon
- Buckets with Grit Guards were used along with a quality Merino wool wash mitt

- Full body clay bar (to remove surface contaminants such as tar, sap, and iron)
- Single stage polish
- This is a very difficult vehicle to polish (i.e., the bumpers, hood, fender vents, etc.). However, using a variety of different polishers (all the way down to 1"), we were able to successfully remove a substantial portion of clear coat scratches and acid rain damage. We even polished underneath the rear diffuser and the bumper.

- Paint sealant
- Rim/tire/fender detailing (the blue tint-coat wheels were treated very carefully)
- Exterior vinyl/plastic dressing
- Using a small brush, we applied a quality UV-resistant dressing to the plastics (i.e., fender vents, hood vents, etc.) including the splash shield under the front bumper.
